Most people who walk into our Bali office have the same questions: How much will it cost? Which courier should I use? What documents do I need? Is my item even allowed? We answer all four in one conversation, before you spend anything.
Unclear shipping costs
Couriers bill on weight or on volume, whichever is greater. A light, bulky box is charged as though it were heavy, and that is what an online calculator misses.
Confusing documents & HS codes
One missing safety data sheet and DHL refuses the shipment at pickup. Most people find that out on the day.
Prohibited & restricted items
Japan prohibits meat outright, down to a single sachet inside a pack of instant noodles. Every country has its own list, and a parcel that breaks one does not come back.
Destination taxes & duties
Europe now charges VAT on almost everything, and your buyer pays it on arrival unless you arrange otherwise before the parcel ships.

Drop off or request pickup
Bring your items to our Kerobokan office, or ask us to collect. Free for shipments going abroad from Kerobokan, Seminyak, Umalas and Canggu; further out, from Denpasar to Ubud, we send a Gojek and you pay the fare, which we show you before booking it.
We help with packing & documents
We pack it here, because packing it yourself is usually where damage starts. The declaration and the HS codes we prepare with you, not for you to guess at.

Good to know before you ship
Duty and tax are charged by the country your parcel arrives in. They are never inside what you pay us, unless we say so in writing. Before you send, we will tell you the threshold for that country and what your recipient is likely to be asked for on delivery. Whether it clears, and what it costs, is customs' decision and not ours.
About Us
Not an automated system. A real Bali team.
We've been an authorised Pos Indonesia agent since 2014, and we've sent more than 450,000 parcels from the same counter in Kerobokan. Most people here still call it Kantor Pos Arjuna. The person who answers your message is the person who packs your box.
We work with DHL and FedEx directly as well as Pos Indonesia, so we can put your parcel on whichever route actually suits it, hold stock for your brand, or take in a delivery while you're away.
Most of them come from close by. Seminyak, Canggu and Umalas are a short drive, Denpasar and Sanur about half an hour, and we collect from villas and workshops as far out as Ubud, Jimbaran and Uluwatu.
