We compare routes and rates for your specific shipment, prepare the paperwork with you, pack the items ourselves, and share tracking the moment your package is on its way.
Four routes account for most of what leaves our counter, and each fails in its own way: Australia on biosecurity, the United States on duty thresholds and declarations, Europe on VAT, and Japan on a flat prohibition that surprises people. Each has its own page, because the differences matter more than the similarities.

Transit times run from the day your parcel is dispatched, not the day you drop it off, and customs can add a day or two at the far end. Freight is quoted per shipment, since it depends on weight, destination and the carrier's surcharge on the day.

- How much does it cost to ship from Bali overseas?
- Cost depends on destination, weight, dimensions, and courier. Message us on WhatsApp with your item details and we'll compare Pos Indonesia, DHL, and FedEx rates for you. The quote is free and takes only minutes.
- How long does international shipping from Bali take?
- DHL and FedEx reach most major cities in 4 to 5 business days. Pos Ekspor, which also runs on DHL, takes 5 to 7 and costs a little less. Pos Registered and ePacket are the budget option at 14 to 30 days, sometimes longer. Sea cargo is slower again but far cheaper for anything heavy.
- Do you help with customs documents and HS codes?
- Yes. We prepare the customs declaration, help determine the correct HS code for your goods, and advise on destination country requirements before your shipment leaves Bali.
- Can you pick up my package in Bali?
- Yes. You can drop off at our Kerobokan office, or we can arrange pickup around Bali. Ask about pickup when you request your quote.
- Will I have to pay import tax in the destination country?
- Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and aren't included in shipping cost unless specifically stated. We'll help you understand what to expect for your destination before you ship.
