We help you obtain the documents an export needs: certificate of origin, safety data sheets, plant quarantine certificates, and BKSDA recommendations. We prepare and lodge the applications with you. Cost depends entirely on the document, so it's quoted per case.
Most shipments that get stuck aren't stuck because of the shipping. They are stuck because a document is missing, or wrong, or was applied for too late. A certificate of origin that would have halved the duty. A safety data sheet the courier asks for at pickup and won't move the shipment without. A quarantine certificate the destination demands for anything made of plant material.
This is the part of exporting that has nothing to do with boxes, and it's the part people underestimate. Each document has its own issuing body, its own supporting paperwork and its own timeline, and none of them are in a hurry.
We help you get them. That means working out which documents your goods actually need, preparing the applications, and lodging them with the right authority. We're not the authority and we issue nothing ourselves. What we do is make the application complete the first time, because a rejected one costs weeks.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on which document, which authority, and what the goods are, and the range is wide enough that a single figure here would be a guess. Tell us what you're exporting and where to, and we'll come back with a cost and a realistic timeline for that case.
- What is a certificate of origin actually for?
- It proves the goods were produced in Indonesia. Under a trade agreement that can lower the duty your buyer pays at the other end, sometimes to nothing, which is why buyers ask for it. It's issued through the Ministry of Trade e-SKA system and needs your invoice, export declaration and transport document behind it.
- Do I need an MSDS for cosmetics or essential oils?
- Almost certainly. Anything liquid, and most cosmetics, count as potential dangerous goods until a safety data sheet says otherwise. DHL states plainly that it will reject shipments containing dangerous goods, raw materials or liquids without one, and FedEx can ask for it at any point.
- How long does it take?
- Days for a straightforward safety data sheet, longer for anything involving an inspection or a recommendation from a quarantine or conservation authority. Start before you book the shipment rather than after: the paperwork is almost always the slow part.
- Can you get a permit for something restricted?
- We can help you apply where a legal route exists, and we'll say so plainly when there's not one. Some goods can't be exported from Indonesia at all, and no amount of paperwork changes that. We would rather lose the job than help somebody break the law by accident.
