Questions we hear a lot
Answered the way we answer them at the counter.
- How much will it cost?
- It depends on more than weight. Couriers charge on whichever is greater: what the parcel weighs, or the space it takes up, so a light bulky box is billed as though it were heavy. After that it is the destination, the service level, and whether the goods need documents. That is why we quote per shipment instead of publishing a table: a table that ignored volume would be wrong for most parcels that leave here. Send us a photo and the destination and you will have a real number the same day.
- How do I get started?
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with what you are sending, roughly what it weighs or measures, and where it is going. We come back with courier options and a cost estimate. Nothing is booked until you say so.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- More than 100, including the US, Australia, the UK, Japan, South Korea, and across Europe and Southeast Asia. A few destinations are closed to certain goods or suspended by the couriers themselves, and there are places we cannot reach at all. Ask before you buy the box and we'll tell you which case yours is.
- How long does international delivery take?
- DHL and FedEx reach most major cities in 4 to 5 business days, and Pos Ekspor in 5 to 7. Pos Registered and ePacket cost less but take 14 to 30 days, sometimes longer. We'll give you an accurate estimate for your destination when you book, not a vague range.
- Do you handle customs documentation?
- Yes. We prepare the export declaration, the HS codes and the commercial invoice, and we arrange certificates of origin, safety data sheets and quarantine paperwork when your goods need them. What we cannot do is decide for the destination's customs: they make the call on duty and clearance. Our part is making sure nothing in your paperwork gives them a reason to stop it.
- Can my shipment be insured?
- Most shipments, yes, covered to the value you declare. Cover and premium depend on the courier and on what is inside, and some categories are excluded no matter who carries them. We'll tell you what applies to your item before it ships rather than after.
- How do I track my shipment?
- You get the tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. If it sits still for a few days, message us: we can ask the courier directly, which usually gets further than a customer enquiry does.
- Are there weight or size limits?
- Air parcels: generally up to 70 kg per item, and couriers also cap the dimensions. Sea freight has no fixed limit, and oversized cargo is welcome. Tell us the measurements and we'll say which service takes it.
