Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping from Bali
Prices and rules checked
Parcels anywhere in Indonesia through Pos Indonesia, lodged from our Kerobokan counter. Plan for three to five working days. Heavier or bulkier than a parcel and it goes as cargo instead, quoted per shipment.
Most of what leaves this counter leaves the country, but a good share of it never does. Sending a box to Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan or Makassar is the same job done differently: the same packing, the same counter, and a network that reaches every regency in Indonesia.
We lodge domestic shipments through Pos Indonesia, which we've been an authorised agent for since 2014. The full domestic network is available from one counter in Kerobokan, and somebody here has already sent something to wherever you're sending it.
Bring the item in, or ask us to collect it. We pack it, weigh it, tell you what it costs, and hand you the tracking number before you leave.
Who this is for
- Anyone sending a parcel from Bali to another island or another city
- Bali sellers shipping orders to customers across Indonesia
- People moving off the island who need boxes sent ahead
- Businesses sending stock, samples or documents between branches
- Anything too heavy or too bulky for a courier drop box
Not a fit: We can't send anything perishable, live, flammable, or restricted for carriage inside Indonesia. Same-day delivery within Bali isn't something we offer.
What's included
Pos Reguler, three to five working days

Frequently asked questions
- How long does domestic shipping from Bali take?
- Plan for three to five working days to most Indonesian cities. Java sits at the faster end, eastern Indonesia and remote regencies at the slower end. Cargo takes longer again, and we give you a realistic figure for your destination when we quote.
- Do you offer next day delivery?
- We would rather not promise it. An overnight service exists, but from Bali it depends on hitting a daily cut-off and on flight capacity nobody controls, and it misses often enough that selling it as next day wouldn't be honest. Tell us your actual deadline and we'll say plainly whether it's realistic.
- How heavy can a domestic parcel be?
- Up to 50 kg per parcel on the regular service. Above that, or for anything awkwardly shaped, it moves as cargo instead, quoted per shipment.
- How much does it cost to send a parcel within Indonesia?
- It depends on weight, size and destination, and domestic rates move often enough that a table here would mislead you. Message us the rough size, weight and city and you'll have a figure back the same day.
- Can I track a domestic shipment?
- Yes. Every parcel gets a tracking number, and our tracking page sends it straight to Pos Indonesia rather than making you find their site yourself.
