Where is my parcel?
Paste the tracking number from your receipt. We will work out which courier is carrying it and open their page with your number already filled in. Sent from ourKerobokan counter, orwithin Indonesia.
Tracking is held by the courier, so this opens their page with your number already in it, rather than showing a copy of it here. If a number returns nothing for the first day or two, that is normal: it appears once the parcel is scanned into the network.
What your number should look like

| Pos Indonesia | Two letters, nine digits, then ID | EE123456789ID |
Pos Ekspor and Pos Registered both use the last format. Some domestic Pos services use plain digits instead, which can look like a FedEx number, so if the guess is wrong just pick Pos Indonesia yourself.
Lost the number, or the tracking has not moved?
We keep a record of every shipment that leaves the counter, includingorders we pack and ship for brands. Message us with roughly when you sent it and where it was going, and we will find it and chase the courier ourselves.
