We hold your stock at our Kerobokan office, pack each order as it comes in, and ship it worldwide. Built for brands sending roughly 10 to 100 orders a month. No minimum volume, and you can start on a one month trial.
Most fulfillment providers in Indonesia are built for volume. They want hundreds of orders a day, a warehouse contract, and a brand large enough to justify the setup. If you are a Bali maker shipping 30 orders a month, or an overseas label producing here, you tend to hear no, or a quote that only makes sense at ten times your size.
Pos With Us runs small scale fulfillment from our office in Kerobokan. Your stock arrives, we count it in against your SKU list, rack it, and then pick, pack and ship each order as it comes through. We already do this for an Australian fashion label sending 10 to 20 orders a month, so the workflow is not theoretical.
What follows is what we actually charge and how the service actually runs. It is published rather than hidden behind a form, because knowing the number is usually the thing standing between you and a decision.

Not a fit: If you are sending hundreds of orders a day, a large warehouse will serve you better and cost you less per order. We also cannot take anything needing cold storage, or goods restricted for export from Indonesia.

Export documents and customs forms
Declarations and HS codes prepared from the product information you approve, so parcels clear cleanly.
Courier booking and tracking
DHL, FedEx and Pos Indonesia, on our account or yours. Tracking sent back to you per shipment.
Order handling your way
Shopify collaborator access, WhatsApp, or a shared spreadsheet. Whichever you already work in.
What it costs
Storage is charged on the space your stock occupies, so a brand holding two boxes is not quoted like one holding twenty. Both tiers below are what current clients pay, not an opening figure to negotiate up from.

Based on the 2 m2 tier with mostly international orders of one item each, including our packaging material. On the smaller tier, take IDR 1,000,000 off each figure.
These are service fees only. Shipping, import duty and destination taxes are separate, because they depend on where the parcel goes, what it weighs and what it is worth. We quote those per shipment before anything leaves. There are no account fees, no platform fees and no minimum monthly order charge.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum order volume?
- No. Our smallest client sends 10 to 20 orders a month with about 50 pieces in storage. Small brands are the reason this service exists, so there is no minimum to meet and no volume commitment to sign.
- Do I have to give you my Shopify password?
- No, and you should not give it to anyone. We work through Shopify collaborator access, which you grant and revoke yourself from your admin, with only the permissions you choose. If you would rather not connect the store at all, sending orders by WhatsApp or a shared spreadsheet works fine.
- Can you ship on my own DHL or FedEx account?
- Yes, where the courier allows it. If you already have negotiated rates, we book against your account and you keep them. If you do not, we quote using our own service instead.
- Can you use my own branded packaging?
- Yes, at no extra charge. Send your boxes, mailers or inserts along with your stock and we pack into those. The packaging fee only applies when you use ours.
- How much does fulfillment in Bali cost?
- Storage is priced on the space your stock takes: IDR 2,000,000 a month for one shelving unit holding around 50 pieces, or IDR 3,000,000 for 2 m2 holding around 120 pieces. On top of that, international pick and pack is IDR 50,000 an order and setup is a one time IDR 500,000 to 1,000,000 depending on how many SKUs there are to check in. A brand on the 2 m2 tier sending 25 orders a month lands between IDR 4,625,000 and 4,875,000 a month in service fees, with shipping quoted separately.
- How quickly do orders go out?
- Orders confirmed before 4pm are packed and dispatched the same working day. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm, and closed on Indonesian public holidays.
- How long does delivery take?
- Express services reach most major cities in about 4 to 5 business days from dispatch. Economy services take longer and cost less. The right choice depends on your customer and your margin, and we will tell you which we would pick.
- Who pays the import duty, me or my customer?
- By default your customer pays on arrival, which is the standard DAP arrangement. If you would rather absorb it so your customer is never asked for money, we can ship DDP instead and bill the duty back to you. Tell us which you want before the first order goes out.
- What happens if a parcel comes back?
- International returns are handled case by case, because the cost depends on the destination, the clearance needed and the quantity. We tell you what it will cost before doing anything, and the stock goes back into your inventory once it lands.
- Can I try it before committing?
- Yes. We normally start with a one month trial so both sides can see the real order flow, handling time and volume before talking about anything longer. If it does not fit, you take your stock back and we part ways.
