For small, light, low value things there is Pos Registered, from Rp 599.523 to the Netherlands and Rp 621.765 to Germany, which is slower and only lightly tracked. Over 30 kg or on a fixed date, we price DHL and FedEx against these. Read out of the Pos Indonesia booking system for postcode 80361 on 22 September 2026, and the transit days are their own estimate. Billed on whichever is greater, actual weight or volumetric, which is why we vacuum clothing. Packing, the customs form and insurance are quoted with the parcel in front of us, and we confirm the figure before anything is sent.

- Will my recipient pay VAT or import duty in Europe?
- VAT yes, on essentially everything, and now duty as well. The EU removed its 150 euro duty exemption on 1 July 2026 and replaced it with a flat 3 euro per item on low value consignments, so the old "under 150 and you are fine" rule is gone. The UK still exempts consignments at or below 135 pounds from duty, though VAT is charged at the point of sale. Neither is included in what you pay us, and the customs page sets out who pays what.
