Pos Ekspor is the cheapest at every weight here and flies on the DHL network, so the budget option and the express one are often the same aeroplane. Under 2 kg there is also ePacket, from Rp 476.181. Billed on whichever is greater, actual weight or volumetric, which is why we vacuum clothing.
