You do not have to bring it in. Collection is free when three things are true: the shipment is going abroad, you are in Kerobokan, Seminyak, Umalas or Canggu, and it fits on a motorbike. Anything else we still collect, by Gojek or GoCar, and you pay the fare the app shows with nothing added to it.
Most people picture a post office as somewhere you carry things to. A lot of what we ship never comes through the door: it is collected from a villa in Canggu, a workshop in Denpasar, a shop in Seminyak, and the sender never leaves their desk.
Collection is free when the shipment is going abroad, you are in Kerobokan, Seminyak, Umalas or Canggu, and the parcel fits on a motorbike. Three questions, all answerable before anyone sets off, and no history to remember: you do not have to be a regular, and nobody at the counter has to decide whether you count as one. That covers most of what we carry, from a few boxes of stock to a suitcase of samples.
Further out, the honest arithmetic changes. Ubud and back is two hours of somebody who is meant to be at the counter, and those two hours cost more than the parcel is worth to move. So we send a Gojek or a GoCar instead: it reaches you in about an hour, it arrives safely, and you pay the fare the app quotes. We show you that figure before we book it and we do not add anything to it.

Not a fit: We are not a same-day courier inside Bali, and we cannot collect from the other side of the island at short notice. If the timing is tight, bringing it to the counter is still the fastest route.

Collection for domestic shipments is a paid trip, unless it rides along with an international collection already going your way.

Packed after collection, not before
You do not need boxes or tape ready. We collect the goods as they are and pack them properly at the counter.

Frequently asked questions
- Is pickup really free?
- Yes, when all three of these hold: the shipment is going abroad, you are in Kerobokan, Seminyak, Umalas or Canggu, and the parcel fits on a motorbike. There is no minimum number of shipments and no account to qualify for. Outside those three we still come, and what you pay is the ride itself, not a fee of ours.
- What does it cost if it is not free?
- Whatever Gojek or GoCar charges for that trip, and nothing beyond it. Send us the pickup address and we will put it into the app, screenshot the fare and send it to you before anything is booked. If it looks like too much for what you are sending, say no and bring it in yourself, or we will tell you whether a large consignment is worth us coming out for after all.
- Why a Gojek and not one of your own people?
- Because of what the trip costs in time rather than in money. Somewhere an hour away is two hours of a round trip, and the person making it is the person who should be behind the counter packing your shipment. A Gojek is there in about an hour, and it is cheaper for you than us pricing our own time into the job. For anything valuable, fragile or awkward we come ourselves instead, and we will say so when you tell us what is going.
- Do you collect for domestic shipments too?
- Yes, though domestic collection is normally a paid trip, because there is no international leg to carry it. The ride is charged the same way, at the fare the app shows. The exception is when your parcel travels with an international collection already heading your way, and then it is usually free.
- How much notice do you need?
- Message us in the morning and we can usually collect the same day around Kerobokan, Seminyak, Umalas and Canggu. Further out, or for anything needing a vehicle rather than a motorbike, give us a day. Ask even at short notice: if we cannot make it we will say so straight away.
- How big can a pickup be?
- A motorbike handles a surprising amount, and that is the free tier. Past that we bring a vehicle, which is how furniture, pallets and bulk cargo get collected. Tell us the rough dimensions and we will bring the right thing the first time.
- Do I need to pack it before you arrive?
- No. Packing it yourself is usually where damage starts, and we would rather do it here. If you have already packed, that is fine too, and we will tell you honestly if it will not survive the trip.
